Congratulations on having a paper accepted for publication in the conference proceedings. This page contains important information, links to Instructions, Forms,  and Templates for use by authors of accepted papers. 

Conference Registration

In order to have their paper published in conference proceedings at least one author for each accepted paper is required to register before the announced deadline. If more than one author plan to attend the congress, then each author is required to register.

 Accepted Paper Categories and Presentation Formats

Since we only have a limited number of formal presentation slots during the conferences, the Conference Paper Selection Committee has approved the following categories of accepted papers: 

 Regular Research Papers (RRP): Formal Presentation and 7-Page Publication in the Proceedings. 

 Regular Research Reports (RRR): Presentation in Poster Sessions and 7-Page Publication in the Proceedings. 

 Short Research Papers (SRP): Presentation in Poster Sessions and 4-Page Publication in the Proceedings. 

 Posters (PST): Presentation in Poster Sessions and 2-Page Publication in the Proceedings. 

Authors must follow the instructions for the category in which their paper(s) has been accepted.

Please note that the instructions for the preparation of Camera-ready Papers are intended to give consistency of style and format. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in your paper being delayed in its publication.

    Submission of Final Camera-ready Papers

    Final Camera-ready Papers (in pdf ) for all the congress must be uploaded to the publication website by the announced deadline. The URL to the web site has been emailed to the authors of the accepted papers. If you have difficulty uploading your Final Camera-ready Paper(s) to the publication web site, please contact Kaveh Arbtan by Email (Kaveh@ucmss dot com). 

    Please note that in order for your paper(s) to be included in the conference proceedings, we must receive the Registration Fee before the announced deadline. 

    Invitation Letters for US Visa Purposes

    To request an "Invitation Letter for US Visa Purposes" for participation in the congress, please follow the instructions in email sent to the authors of the accepted papers.  We advise authors traveling to the United States to apply for a visa as early as possible.       Conference Program/Schedules
